Privacy Policy

Here's what we collect, why and what we do with it, in plain language.
What we collect
- Your account: name, email and password (the password is stored encrypted, we can't see it).
- Your onboarding answers: where you work, who you love to help, your current bio and whether you market solo or as a team.
- Your conversation: every question and answer, plus whether each answer was spoken or typed.
- Your Brand Vault and notes the AI writes about how your Vault came together.
- Payment details: Stripe handles your payment. We see that you paid, the amount and the date. We never see your card number.
- Whether you clicked "Notify me" for the upcoming content feature.
About talking instead of typing
When you tap the mic, your browser turns your voice into text. Depending on your browser, that may happen on your device or through your browser company's speech service (like Google or Apple). We receive only the text. We don't record or store audio.
How we use it
- To run your conversation and write your Brand Vault.
- To review conversations and Vaults for quality. A real person (Eileen, the founder) may read them to make the Brand Excavator better.
- To improve our questions and how Vaults are written.
- To tell you about things you asked to hear about, like the content feature.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of service providers to run the app:
- Lovable hosts the app and its database.
- Google (Gemini) is the AI that asks the questions and writes your Vault. Your conversation is sent to it to do that work.
- Stripe handles payments.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We only share it beyond these providers if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, conversation and Vault while your account is open, so you can come back to your Vault. If you want it all deleted, email eileen@properlyrepresented.com and we'll delete it within 30 days. Payment records may be kept longer because tax law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we have about you. Email eileen@properlyrepresented.com.
Security
We use the security built into our providers, including encrypted connections and accounts where each person can see only their own data. No system is perfect, so please don't share anything you'd be devastated to see leak, like client account numbers.
Children
The Brand Excavator is for working real estate agents. It's not for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and tell you about significant changes.
